Main Contacts

We reccomend you save the numbers below before the retreat and join the WhatsApp group if you haven't yet.

In addition, we have divided the attendees into "pods" (visible on this spreadsheet) to help you get started with meeting people and for Saturday Dinner groups. Each pod will be led by someone from the Pittsburgh Hub, who you can reach out to if you have any questions. There will also be a WhatsApp group with you and your other pod mates - please say hi!

Housing

Participants are encouraged to arrange their own accommodations via short-term rentals or hotels. We recommend staying near Downtown, Oakland, Squirrel Hill, Shadyside/East Liberty, the Strip District, or Lawrenceville for ease of movement. When booking accommodations, please also consider the locations of the primary venues (see section below).

We have also created a spreadsheet with three housing tabs to help coordinate with other attendees and figure out accomodation. Feel free to edit as you please.
